Curd with garlic and dill

Add a few tablespoons of yogurt to 0.5kg of curd. Season with potassium salt and white pepper to taste. Add a few cloves of crushed garlic and a handful of chopped dill. Stir this mixture well. We can add some chopped walnuts and crumbled blue cheese. This specialty can smear a slice and thus become a great substitute for butter and margarine. Not to mention that we can serve as an appetizer.
