Fried beer cheese with tomato sauce

Preparation: Cut the cheese in medium thick triangle shaped pieces. Put the cheese for 30 min in the freezer, so that it could be easier for frying. For the breading beat yolks, beer and the flour. Add salt and black pepper. Heat pan with oil. Each piece is immersed first for little in a bowl of ice water and then in the breading. Cheese is fried on both sides. Serve the fried cheese on tomato sauce, prepared on the stove of crushed tomatoes, oil and spices.


  • 800 g  Yellow cheese "Yotovi"
  • for frying Sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 table spoons flour
  • 3 mellow crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • black pepper
  • 2 pinches dry basil
  • 2 pinches salt
