How and what should we eat?
- Do not exclude carbohydrates from your diet because when they are in moderate amounts, they do not lead to obesity. In modern diets mainly carbohydrate foods, moderate intake of protein and reduced fat content are recommended. It's good to get used to eating bread. It is rich in minerals and plant fibers that are good for the work of the stomach. Spaghetti, macaroni, rice and corn are also extremely beneficial for your body.
- Fresh fruit and vegetables are the best food and it is recommended to eat at least 3-4 servings of them per day. Should not be overdone only the sweetest fruit and those that contain many starch - bananas, pears, grapes, figs and raisins. Good fruit can be adopted separately from other foods as they are caught short in the stomach of cooked dishes. It's best to consume them before meals alone and wait at least half an hour to complete their processing. Otherwise their way through the stomach and intestine is delayed and begins fermentation, which leads to swelling, heaviness in the stomach and nausea. Try to eat more vegetable dishes and soups, with particular emphasis on fresh salads.
- Dairy products imported into our body contain most complete and easy to absorb proteins. Half a liter of milk provides about one third of the daily demand of animal protein, while improving the utilization of other products, which can be considered. Yogurt is also extremely beneficial for your body. Probiotic effect of lactic acid bacteria helps the good work of the gastrointestinal tract and strengthens immunity (See more 10 reasons to eat dairy products). To be effective, the yogurt should be consumed daily, so it is recommended to eat one pot of yoghurt every day. It should be borne in mind that lactic acid bacteria are retained only temporarily in the intestine and therefore need regular intake of yogurt. Furthermore, it contains more easily absorbed calcium than fresh milk. The cheeses are even more concentrated source of protein and calcium, containing 3 to 6 times more vitamin A than milk, 2 times more vitamin B2 and 2 to 8 times the vitamin folic acid. Prefer white feta cheese and "Vitosha" yellow cheese because they contain significantly less fat cheeses of delicacies. The traditional Bulgarian cheese contains 19 g of fat per 100 grams of product.
- Eat fish at least once a week because it is an important source of phosphorus. Choose not fat fish and cook them in the oven instead of frying. Include in your diet, while moderate and seafood - crab, shrimp, squid.
