Potato balls whit cheese

Peel the potatoes. Cover and cook in boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes. Add 2 eggs, cheese, flour black pepper chopped dill salt. Mash everything in a large mixing bowl until no lumps remain. When its properly mixed make small balls from the mixture.Put the balls into a mixture of flour and eggs and friend them in a pan. Serve with salad garnish. Bon appetit.


  • 200 g  Yellow cheese "Yotovi"
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 table spoons flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • black pepper
  • dill
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
