Yellow cheese fritters
Preparation: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Spread butter on the bottom of 4 small ceramic bowls.Beat eggs in separate bowl and add curd, Emmental, cream and flour. Add nutmeg and season with salt and pepper. Finally, put the mixture into four bowls. Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes. Bake until the cheese become golden brown.

- 50 g grinded Yellow cheese "Pizzacheese"
- 50 g Butter "Yotovi"
- 100 g curd
- 1 table spoon flour
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 5 table spoons cream
- black pepper
- salt
